(OTCQB:TOMZ) (TOMI), a global bacteria decontamination and infection prevention company, announced it has signed a distribution agreement with TOMI ASIA Pte Ltd. (TOMI Asia), a Limited Singapore Company. TOMI Asia will serve multiple markets in Asia, providing local distribution, warehousing, sales, training, services and support for TOMI’s suite of products. Under the terms of the agreement, TOMI Asia will have exclusive rights to market TOMI’s brand and products in healthcare and hospitality verticals including, but not limited to, hospitals, outpatient clinics, ambulatory care, oral surgery centers, dental offices, surgical centers, medical facilities, nursing homes, walk-in clinics, public transportation and childcare centers.
