“The Flash” Season 5 Episode 6 will focus on Caitlin’s (Danielle Panabaker) quest to find her missing father, who she discovered faked his own death when she was a child. There were a lot of revelations for the resident doctor of Team Flash, including the fact that she had powers longer than she thought. Based on the photos released from the episode, it would seem that Caitlin will be reunited with her dad.
As Comic Book notes, Caitlin discovered a lot of things about herself this season and in “The Flash” Season 5 Episode 6, these revelations are about to culminate in her reunion with her father. However, with this being a superhero show, such an event is not likely to be good for the character. In all likelihood, Thomas Snow (Kyle Secor) froze himself to get away from Caitlin.
An even worse possibility is that Thomas himself possesses the same power as his daughter and wanted to find a way to get rid of it. Since Caitlin is desperately trying to get Killer Frost back, “The Flash” Season 5 Episode 6 might see a parent and child butting heads over conflicting intents. This would certainly be an interesting scene if it doesn’t lead to anything violent.
In any case, for those who might want to get a glimpse of what will happen in “The Flash” Season 5 Episode 6, TVLine has a set of photos to share. Among them is the depiction of how Caitlin and her friends discover her father in what is likely a frozen state. As to whether or not this is due to his loss of control over his powers or an artificially rendered stasis remains to be seen.
“The Flash” Season 5 Episode 6 is set to air on Nov. 20. Those who want to see if Killer Frost returns or not might want to stay tuned.
