SPRINGFIELD, Ill., March 15, 2018 -- Micah Bartlett, President and Chief Executive Officer of Town and Country Financial Corporation (“TCFC”) (OTC Pink:TWCF), parent company of Town and Country Bank (“TCB”), announced that Dana Dow has been promoted to President and COO of Town and Country Bank and Joe Pauk has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Operations and Technology.
Dana Dow has been serving as President and CEO of Town and Country Banc Mortgage Services, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of TCB) and a Senior Officer of Town and Country Bank since joining the company in 2007. His industry experience spans more than 26 years. “Dana has been an integral component of the senior leadership team and success at our company for over 10 years. In his new role, Dana will work to integrate all of our key functions company-wide to support our continued growth, performance improvement, and execution of strategy,” said Bartlett.
Joe Pauk joined TCB in 2016 following a 26 year career in the industry. In his new role, Joe will lead technology for the Bank, originations and production for consumer, mortgage and commercial banking, branch services, and operational support and servicing. According to Bartlett, “Joe’s promotion is well-deserved as he has made a big difference in only two years with the company. He is action-oriented and customer-centric in his approach to continuous improvement.”
