LAFAYETTE, Ind., Dec. 15, 2017 -- Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC) and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of John G. (“Jack”) Boss to the company’s Board of Directors as well as to certain board committees.
His career spans more than 30 years in the specialty chemicals and materials industry. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Momentive Performance Materials Inc., and MPM Holdings Inc., a position he has held since December 15, 2014.

The appointment of Mr. Boss brings Wabash National Corporation’s Board to eight members. With the exception of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer Richard Giromini and its Chief Operating Officer Brent Yeagy, the directors qualify as independent directors under the listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. and the Company’s Corporate Governance Guidelines. All of the Board of Director committees continue to be comprised of only independent directors.
