On March 5, 2018, Yangtze River Port and Logistics Limited (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: YRIV) filed a complaint with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) to report certain abusive trading practices
NEW YORK, NY, March 06, 2018 -- Since its listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market on April 19, 2017 through its transition to the NASDAQ Global Select Market and presently, the Company has noticed a pattern of unusual trading practices and activity. The Company believes that it is subject to illegal short-selling and market price manipulation and has reported the same to FINRA. Additionally, the Company has implemented certain steps and is considering other appropriate measures to counter such illegal activities.

Yangtze River Port and Logistics Limited primarily engages in the business of real estate development with a port logistic project located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
