iPhone and iPad users were exceptionally excited for the release of iOS 13.1.3 because it addresses issues on several apps. However, many Apple customers were looking forward more to having the previously reported battery-related glitches fixed. Unfortunately, it appears they will have to wait for the next updates for that to happen.
iOS 13.1.3 issues, bugs: Software update brings no solution to reported battery-related bugs
Software updates released before iOS 13.1.3 is now believed to be causing battery issues for some Apple customers using certain iPhone models. Over the previous weeks, more iPhone users have been taking their grievances to online channels about their malfunctioning batteries.
A number of complaints posted on Apple support pages were spotted by Trusted Reviews discussing the same wireless charging issues. Looking through various Apple support threads online, it is easy not to notice that there are common denominators. iPhone 11 series devices running on iOS 13.1 or later are showing wireless charging issues.
Apple has yet to issue a statement on the reported battery-related issues, so the scope of this issue is difficult to assess at this point. Moreover, there were no battery-specific fixes issued through iOS 13.1.3.
Apple released iOS 13.1.3 last Oct. 15, but battery issues were already being reported weeks before that. Some are speculating that iOS 13.1.2 is possibly draining their batteries faster than normal.

Despite the persisting battery issues, iOS 13.1.3 still comes with much-needed fixes on commonly used apps like Mail and Health. The software problems may be disappointing, but iPhone and iPad users would likely still consider installing the latest update.
iOS 13.1.3 fixes a bug that prevents people from accessing meeting invites sent through Mail and an issue that causes inaccuracies in stored Health app data after adjusting to daylight savings time. Before the latest update, there were also reports that devices are not properly ringing or vibrating when there is an incoming call.
Several bugs that prevent files from various apps to store properly on iCloud Backup were also addressed in iOS 13.1.3. The update also fixed an issue that avoiding some Apple Watch units from pairing with iOS devices.
