Nigerian developer 1159 Realty is marketing one- and two-bedroom apartments at Nova Heights in Lagos, with prices of ₦90 million and ₦122 million, respectively, and completion listed for December 2027.
The project page locates the development in Lekki Scheme II and lists solar panels, a standby generator and a water system available around the clock among its amenities. CCTV monitoring and a gym are also included in the company's advertised features.
1159 Realty also advertises an interest-free installment option described as a six-month plan. It calls for ₦20 million up front, followed by monthly payments of ₦15 million, but the page does not state how many installments are due or how the schedule maps to unit prices.
P.M. News and BusinessDay reported that 1159 Realty introduced Nova Heights during its Realtors Escape event, where participants included property professionals based in Lagos, Oyo and Ogun. The reports described the gathering as an opportunity for the company's realtor partners. Comfort Olugbami, 1159 Realty's founder and managing director, said the company wanted to deepen its presence in Lagos and give the development an identity buyers could recognize, with the aim of helping them see it as a place to “call home.”
1159 Realty says it was founded in 2021 and operates in land banking and residential development. Its website lists Cisca Villa in Ibadan among its other projects. The company says it seeks to make property ownership more accessible.
P.M. News and BusinessDay reported that the company planned pre-launch activity through December and targeted January for formal sales, without stating the year for that start. The project page now labels Nova Heights “Available now,” leaving its sales timetable unclear. The developer lists December 2027 as the completion target.
