An exchange’s net flow reflects a period of activity, not the size of one transfer: Binance recorded a 39.8 million Tether USDt (USDT) deposit from an unidentified wallet on Oct. 29. Net flow compares the tokens entering and leaving an exchange over a set period, so this transaction alone does not establish Binance’s overall movement.
A separate one-hour reading for Oct. 27 showed a 44.219 million USDT net outflow from Binance. Outgoing transfers exceeded incoming ones by that amount during the measured hour; the Oct. 29 figure counts a single deposit.
A separate Oct. 19 entry in EconoTimes coverage of a 38.2412 million USDT transfer from an unidentified wallet into Binance described an earlier receipt.
