The award celebrates companies that have made an outstanding contribution to the Massachusetts economy, based on their job growth, investment, community involvement and facility expansion since January 1, 2015.
Headquartered in Maynard, Massachusetts, Acacia was founded in 2009 with the mission to deliver high-speed coherent optical interconnect products that transform communications networks. Acacia has grown to more than 250 employees worldwide and currently occupies more than 50,000 square feet of the Mill and Main facility in Maynard.
