CHICO, Calif., Sept. 21, 2017 -- AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC:AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction, and tactical military vehicles, received a heavy equipment order for $450,000.
The order consists of Tier 4 Taylor Forklifts each with a capacity of 35,000 pounds. The equipment targets steel mills and manufacturing companies. AmeraMex East Coast customer will receive the equipment before the end of the fourth quarter.
According to AmeraMex CFO, Tracie Hannick, the Company’s 2016 audit is in the final stages of completion and a news release will be disseminated when the Form 10 is formally submitted to the SEC.
