Anthropic's amended IPO filing projects $69.8 billion in contractual payments in the 12 months after Sept. 30, 2026, within about $895 billion in commitments extending through 2045 for the AI company's infrastructure buildout.

The filing estimates that $447.5 billion will be incurred before Dec. 31, 2030. Most commitments after that cutoff are expected in the period from 2031 through 2045.

Most of the overall amount relates to compute and infrastructure, combining purchase commitments and leases. The obligations are spread across multiple years rather than set as a single payment.

An earlier draft described at least $518 billion in commitments involving six partners over roughly a decade. Its coverage period differed from the amended filing's broader total, so the figures do not measure the same span.

Anthropic has said it secures computing capacity well ahead of availability, with a typical lead time of 12 to 18 months. EconoTimes previously reported on the filing's commitment total and third-quarter revenue.
