Mississauga, ON, May 01, 2018 -- Applied Systems today announced the launch of Applied IVANS Exchange. Available to Applied Epic users, Applied IVANS Exchange offers brokerages greater download connectivity, enabling brokers to gain access to the latest policy information throughout servicing and underwriting.
With intuitive graphical dashboards, Applied IVANS Exchange provides brokerages a simpler, a more comprehensive view of their current and potential download activity with insurers. Key capabilities of Applied IVANS Exchange include:
- Connections Report: A personalized report enables brokerages to review download connections that are inactive or have yet to be activated, as well as identify available download opportunities to drive significant operational time savings. Updated daily with the latest insurer download offerings, brokerages can customize the report to: indicate available lines of business of interest for future download; mark lines of business that are not currently available from select insurers but would be of interest once available; and note lines of business that a brokerage is choosing to not download.
- Single Policy Resend: Brokerages can quickly find and resend policies that have already been downloaded, and resend multiple policies at once directly through the application.
- Access to Archived Download Files: With 90 days of automatic data archiving, brokerages are protected even during times of disruption. Download data is picked up from the CSIO server and stored in Applied IVANS Exchange.
