In his new role, Rothchild will be responsible for leading the vision and strategy of the firm’s 2,500-strong North American environment team to drive sales and growth serving an expanding client base seeking solutions to complex environmental challenges. With over 30 years of experience, Rothchild has a proven track record leading successful programs in client development, operational excellence and technical solutions, bringing the industry knowledge, business acumen and energy to achieve accelerated growth for Arcadis.
Having joined Arcadis more than 20 years ago, Rothchild has been a key member of Arcadis’ leadership team. Rothchild has a deep understanding of Arcadis’ strategies and operations as well as the challenges faced by both public entities and private sector industries. As a strong leader, Rothchild has played a key role in expanding Arcadis’ environmental offerings with a focus on solving the most important environmental, health, safety, sustainability and engineering challenges facing our clients.

Rothchild holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Rhode Island.
