HOUSTON, Jan. 19, 2017 -- Archrock, Inc., (NYSE:AROC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, a rate of $0.48 per share on an annualized basis, to be paid on February 15, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2017.
The dividend to be paid in February 2017 is unchanged from the third-quarter 2016 dividend.
