Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are once again caught in a rumored fight. This time, it is being reported that the Miss Universe 2012 title holder, Olivia Culpo, have something to do with it.
NW recently reported that Holmes and Foxx have been at odds since the latter was photographed with Culpo in the same yacht where the couple spent their holiday vacation in Miami. Culpo, along with Cara Santana and Jesse Metcalfe, purportedly joined the “Robinhood” star after Holmes left to spend New Year’s with Suri Cruise.
The same publication shared a blurry photo showing Culpo and Foxx’s interaction that allegedly led to Holmes’ major disappointment. A source, who is claimed to be friends with the “Dawson’s Creek” alum, said, “Katie must be feeling like a world-class fool. Jamie was all over her when she was in Miami … Then, after she leaves for Aspen, she finds out she’s hanging out with Olivia.”
The insider added that Holmes was not buying Foxx’s excuse that he was simply “being a good host” and was “just hanging out” with Culpo. Meanwhile, it is important to note that Gossip Cop noticed some red flags in the report.
For one, the fact-checking news outlet doubted that NW’s source was really friends with Holmes. NW insinuated that Holmes and Foxx’s Miami getaway might also served as a honeymoon, which implied they tied the knot. But Gossip Cop argued that an actual friend of Holmes should have been able to straighten out this tiny detail.
As for Culpo, fans must be reminded that she and Miami Dolphins wide receiver Danny Amendola has been rumored back together. And the speculations about their renewed flame actually started because of the same Miami trip discussed above. According to E! News, spending the New Year’s Eve with Amendola was the primary reason why Culpo went to the Magic City. In this case, claims that Culpo has caused a strain in Foxx and Holmes’ relationship becomes even more unlikely.
