Arkham Intelligence data show about 500 Bitcoin (BTC) moved on Oct. 20 from a wallet the firm associates with Clifton Collins, who was convicted of drug dealing in Ireland, to an address Arkham labels Coinbase Prime. The firm counts it as the fifth such transfer this year.

Arkham valued the movement at about $41.5 million and said the same labeled address had received the previous two transfers in the sequence. Its annual tally is about 2,500 BTC, a pattern covered in an earlier EconoTimes account of Collins-linked transfers.

The holdings trace back to about 6,000 BTC Collins accumulated in 2011 and 2012. He split them among 12 wallets with 500 BTC each. After Collins’ 2017 arrest, a box with paper copies of the wallets’ access keys went missing, and the coins were believed inaccessible.

Lookonchain described the sending address as dormant for over a decade. Arkham’s label identifies the destination as Coinbase Prime, but the transfer data do not establish whether the BTC were sold or who authorized the movement.

Separately, Ireland’s Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) said in March that it had seized a 500-BTC wallet with Europol’s help. In July, the bureau reported seizing 1,500 BTC during 2026, with technical and decryption support from Europol’s European Cybercrime Centre. Those announcements did not name Collins.
