SAN RAMON, Calif., April 13, 2016 -- Armanino LLP, the largest independent accounting and business consulting firm based in California, announced an update to its dress code that provides flexibility and comfort to reflect today’s work environment. Since the beginning of April, all Armanino employees are welcome to wear clean and professional jeans every day of the week as an addition to the previous business casual policy.
“Armanino prides itself on driving innovation and being a forward-thinking firm. That means adapting to today’s workplace environment,” said Andy Armanino, managing partner of Armanino. “The updated dress code policy is already a big hit across the firm as we’ve had lots of great feedback from employees.”
The dress code changes were announced through an employee instructional video starring Armanino employee “Jimmy,” who through trial and error finds the perfect outfit for the office. The change prompted Armanino employees from almost every office across the firm to post pictures in their jeans with the hashtag #JimmyLovesJeans to show excitement for the new policy. “The Santa Cruz office is PUMPED!!” said tax manager Martita. Abigail, a staff accountant at Armanino Los Angeles agreed: “Nothing better than jeans at work!”
