South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.05 percent higher at 2,049.28 points.
Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,000.27 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,231.81 points.
Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.82 percent higher at 22,761.15 points.
Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.26 percent lower at 5,522.10 points.
