Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.44 percent higher at 20,974.55 points.
Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.32 pct higher at 5,790.30 points.
Taiwan stock was trading around 0.45 pct higher at 10,688.65 points.
Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.26 pct higher at 28,464.00.
India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.36 percent higher at 10,020.55 points and BSE Sensex was trading at 0.27 percent higher 31,920.73 points.
South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.51 percent higher at 2,470.49 points.
Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,385.53 points and china's CSI300 index to open flat at 3,902.02 points.
