Norcross, GA, Feb. 03, 2016 -- Atlantix Global Systems, a leading reseller of new, reconfigured and refurbished IT and telecom equipment, announced today that it has acquired certain assets of Stratix Solutions Group, strengthening its technology offerings for its global customers.
This acquisition enhances Atlantix Global’s offerings in Application Delivery, Solid State Storage Arrays, Web Application Security, and Attack Mitigation. In addition, the acquisition provides Atlantix with new core competencies in technology categories including Cloud Compute, Application Acceleration, Network and Data Center Infrastructure, and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. On Jan 27, Atlantix announced a partnership with Radware, a global leader of application delivery and cyber security solutions.
In October 2015, Atlantix Global was acquired by Millstein & Co., a diversified investment management and financial services firm.
“The addition of Stratix is an indicator of the flexibility and maneuverability Atlantix Global now has as a completely independent IT reseller,” said Atlantix Global CEO Brian Glahn. “Our new direction enables us to expand our list of technology partners, in addition to the traditional manufacturing leaders that have been an integral part of our now 40-year history.”
Stratix Solutions Group is a network, cloud services and hardware reseller, adding decades of senior management and executive insider experience to Atlantix Global Systems.
