Russia's Finance Ministry put federal oil and gas receipts at 971.2 billion rubles ($11.9 billion) in October, approximately 114.7% above September, Anadolu Agency reported, citing ministry data.
The January-October total was 14.07% below the comparable period a year earlier. Anadolu Agency said the monthly increase coincided with higher energy prices and supply disruptions linked to the Iran war.
The report put additional income tax collected in October at about $4.39 billion. The ministry's final receipt total accounts for transfers to oil companies and other budget adjustments.
Payments under the domestic fuel-price mechanism were approximately $5.08 billion in October, up from $3.74 billion in September, Anadolu Agency reported. The scheme compensates producers when export prices exceed domestic prices and is intended to support local fuel supplies and limit price increases.
