The Mastermind Academy forum supports Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network in reaching business growth through results-driven professional and personal development education. Due to increasing repeat attendee demand and the rapidly growing number of new-to-travel professionals joining the Avoya Network, Avoya has expanded the Mastermind Academy series to offer three levels, each designed to maximize an Independent Agency’s success based on their individual business:
- The Mastermind Early Success Academy is brand new and focuses on the initial sales and personal growth of Independent Agencies newly affiliated with the Avoya Network. Avoya-specific content includes proven best practices, mentoring, and coaching tailored for new-to-travel Independent Agencies to help increase early success as new business owners and within the Avoya Network. This year, Avoya is offering the 5-day event in April at Club Med’s Sandpiper Bay Resort in Florida.
- The Mastermind Success Academies offer Independent Agencies looking to build upon their basic sales foundations a program centered on best practices, including results-oriented success strategies, sales, and advanced systems. The 7-day events are offered in August onboard the brand new MSC Seaside and in October onboard the Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas.
- The Mastermind Ultimate Success Academies are designed for Independent Agencies producing $500,000 to $5,000,000 or more in annual sales. The longer 10-day events provide more advanced content that addresses suggested strategies for continuing individual growth, determining how and when to expand businesses, and refining the Independent Agencies’ brands. Avoya offers the Academies in November onboard Azamara Journey and in December onboard Oceania Riviera.
“With the Mastermind Academy program, Avoya Travel is focused on strengthening the long-term viability of Independent Agency success within our unique business model and providing education that encompasses both professional and personal development to encourage continued growth,” said Tammie Richie, Associate Vice President of Avoya Mastermind. “Avoya Travel continues to invest in its Shared Success model and remains committed to supporting travel professionals in delivering exceptional vacation experiences to customers, growing sales, and building successful Independent Agencies.”
“The Success Academy this August will be my sixth Avoya Mastermind Academy. Business and industry dynamics are always changing, so every time an Independent Agency owner attends an Academy, something new may resonate with their business that adds value and grows them as travel professionals,” said Connie Rush, owner of Creative Getaways LLC. “I believe Avoya Travel’s new Mastermind Academy series will take the educational experience to the next level by addressing Independent Agencies’ individual needs to better help them achieve their own versions of success.”
The Mastermind Academy program is unique to Avoya’s portfolio of educational opportunities because it is centered on the specific Independent Agency. With attendance open to all Avoya Network members, the immersive events are designed to help Independent Agencies be successful in all aspects of their business. All 2018 event dates sold out within the first month of registration, and Avoya is adding even more dates in 2019 to meet the unprecedented demand for the award-winning Avoya Mastermind program.
