LEXINGTON, S.C., Aug. 09, 2017 -- Avtec Inc., the leading independent provider of mission-critical, pure Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) dispatch console systems, is sponsoring tours of Flight for Life’s communication center in Lakewood, Colorado as part of the 83rd Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Annual Conference and Expo in Denver, Aug.12-13.
Avtec is sponsoring two separate tours – one to be held on Saturday, Aug. 12, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. MDT, and another on Sunday, Aug. 13, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. MDT. The tours will give APCO attendees a first-hand look at the communication center’s day-to-day operations. Same-day registration will be held on a first-come, first-serve basis at the information booth located in the lobby of the Colorado Convention Center.
