SEATTLE, Feb. 01, 2018 -- BGIS, a leading global real estate and facility management service provider, announced today that it has acquired Critical Solutions Group and Critical Power Testing and Maintenance (CSG), a specialist provider of services for the data center market, including commissioning, design support, consulting and load bank services. Headquartered in Boston, CSG provides data center services throughout the United States, Canada and Europe to numerous clients across the financial, construction, technology, telecommunication and data services sectors.
