Bajaj Auto's Oct. 27 standalone Q2 FY27 results put revenue at ₹20,003 crore, up 34% from a year earlier. Profit after tax rose 35% to ₹3,354 crore, while EBITDA increased 37% to ₹4,172 crore. The EBITDA margin was 20.9%, compared with 20.5% in the year-earlier quarter.
The company said currency gains, operating leverage and cost controls supported the margin. It also said higher prices recouped part of its increased input costs. Neither the results release nor The Economic Times' update linked the share quote to a specific cause.
