WALNUT CREEK, Calif., May 08, 2018 -- BayCom Corp (Nasdaq:BCML) (the “Company” or “BayCom”) announced today that it has completed its previously announced initial public offering. In the offering, BayCom sold 3,278,900 shares, including 427,682 shares of common stock pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares, at an initial public offering price of $22.00 per share, resulting in net proceeds to BayCom, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, of approximately $66.8 million. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Friday, May 4, 2018, under the symbol “BCML.”
