Binance’s displayed Bitcoin (BTC) order-book balance shifted from a $3.2845 million bid lead in an earlier reading to a $5.54 million ask lead in the latest snapshot.

The displayed book carried $14.20 million in asks and $8.66 million in bids. Asks are listed sell orders; bids are listed buy orders.

Binance had the higher ask total of the two exchanges; Coinbase’s own spot snapshot still showed asks outnumbering bids.

In the earlier snapshot, displayed bids led asks by $3.2845 million. A snapshot does not establish how many displayed orders were later filled.

A previous EconoTimes comparison of Bitcoin spot books also found Coinbase’s displayed sell-side depth above Binance’s.
