A Thursday reading of Binance’s Bitcoin (BTC) perpetual order book put nearby buy-side value $10.08 million above sell-side value, while Binance’s and Coinbase’s spot books tilted the other way.
The Oct. 29 snapshot showed $60.76 million in nearby bids on Binance’s perpetual market versus $50.68 million in asks. That left displayed bid value ahead by $10.08 million. The spot books had ask-side leads, and each showed less nearby order-book value than Binance’s perpetual market.
The figures capture visible orders at one instant. They show displayed depth at capture; they do not track Bitcoin’s overall trading volume across venues or how long orders remained available.
An EconoTimes reading on Oct. 22 put buy-side value on Binance’s perpetual book $13.54 million above asks, with Bitcoin at $82,170. The Oct. 29 reading showed a smaller bid-value gap. The two snapshots record separate moments and do not show what happened to the order book between them.
