A 24-hour flow reading dated Oct. 20 put Binance’s net Tether USDt (USDT) inflow at 316 million, meaning incoming transfers exceeded outgoing transfers during the measured period.
An earlier 24-hour snapshot put Binance’s net inflow at 208 million USDT. Each reading compares transfers into the exchange with transfers out over its own 24-hour window.
The Oct. 20 reading measures something different from a 38.2412 million USDT transfer into Binance on Oct. 19. That transfer came from an unidentified wallet and records only tokens entering the exchange. It cannot establish Binance’s net flow because it does not account for tokens leaving.
A separate one-hour reading on Oct. 18 showed a net outflow of 32.7362 million USDT. Its shorter measurement period makes it a distinct snapshot from the two 24-hour readings.
