Transfers from Binance exceeded incoming Tether USDt (USDT) by 33.4146 million in a one-hour window on Oct. 29, giving a limited snapshot of flows rather than a daily measure.
The net-outflow figure is the excess of transfers sent out of Binance over those received during the measured interval. Each observation covers its own hour, so these snapshots do not show Binance's net transfers across an entire day.
