A transfer of the same amount was dated Nov. 1, but the two transactions do not establish Binance’s overall USDT flow.

Binance sent 100 million Tether (USDT) to a wallet that was not named in a Nov. 2 transaction entry, marking a second transfer of that amount from the exchange in two days.

The Nov. 2 entry gives the size and direction of that transaction: 100 million USDT moved away from Binance. It does not include the exchange’s other deposits or withdrawals over a wider period.

A separate transfer of the same amount was dated Nov. 1, according to EconoTimes’ earlier coverage. That entry also described a single movement from Binance, rather than a daily flow total.

Together, the listed transfers total 200 million USDT sent out in two transactions. That sum covers only those movements and does not account for USDT entering Binance over the same span.

The two transfers therefore do not show Binance’s net USDT flow on either date. A net-flow measure would count USDT moving into the exchange as well as funds leaving it during the same period.
