The 100 million Tether USDt (USDT) Binance sent on Nov. 1 marks one outbound transaction, offering no measure of whether the exchange had net inflows or outflows of USDT over a broader period.
The destination was a wallet described as unknown. One outbound transfer alone cannot show Binance’s net flow because that measure also counts USDT the exchange receives in the same interval.
Net flow is the difference between USDT deposits and withdrawals over one time span. An inflow means more tokens came into Binance than left it; an outflow means departures exceeded arrivals. The transaction amount describes one movement, while a net-flow figure aggregates activity in both directions for the selected period.
An earlier EconoTimes report on Binance’s 24-hour USDT flows recorded 316 million USDT more entering the exchange than leaving in a reading dated Oct. 20. That figure describes a separate period and does not establish the exchange’s net flow on Nov. 1.
