Strategy had scheduled its third-quarter 2026 results for after the U.S. market close on Oct. 29. Binance’s MSTRUSDT is a separate perpetual contract tied to the company’s common stock.

Strategy’s schedule also listed a company webinar at 5 p.m. ET (21:00 UTC) that day. EconoTimes previously covered the reporting date in its report on Strategy shares.

Binance describes MSTRUSDT as a perpetual derivative based on Strategy common stock, which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker MSTR. The contract settles in Tether (USDT), trades 24 hours a day and allows leverage of up to 10x.

MSTRUSDT activity is separate from Nasdaq share trading and does not establish who owns Strategy shares.
