Binance’s bStocks market capitalization rose $30.5 million over seven days, outpacing the increases for two other tokenized-stock products without showing how much new capital entered them.
Ondo Finance gained $29.9 million and xStocks added $26.1 million over the same period. The bStocks increase was $600,000 greater than Ondo’s.
Market capitalization represents the total market value assigned to the tokens. The weekly figures show changes in that value; they do not report trading volume or quantify net capital added during the period. The comparison ranks the products’ increases, rather than establishing which has the largest total market capitalization.
BTech Holdings Limited issues bStocks through an Abu Dhabi Global Market-registered special-purpose vehicle. The tokens give holders economic exposure to securities but confer no direct ownership stake or shareholder rights. The offering is unavailable in the United States and to U.S. persons.
Binance announced Oct. 15 that bStocks had reached $1 billion in assets under management (AUM), a milestone covered in EconoTimes’ earlier report on bStocks. That AUM figure describes a different measure from the seven-day change in market capitalization.
