In its Oct. 30 update, Lookonchain reported a one-day net inflow of $30.47 million into Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded funds and a one-day net outflow of $62.28 million from Ether (ETH) funds.
On a token basis, the net balance was 395 BTC into Bitcoin funds and 27,947 ETH out of Ether funds. The Ether outflow exceeded Bitcoin’s inflow by $31.81 million, a little more than twice the daily Bitcoin gain. Net flows show the amount added or withdrawn after money moving in and out is offset.
Lookonchain valued the seven-day net Bitcoin gain at $270.52 million (+3,503 BTC) and the Ether loss at $244.49 million (−109,709 ETH). The weekly dollar balance favored Bitcoin funds by $26.03 million, reversing the daily comparison. Because BTC and ETH are different assets, their token totals use separate units; the dollar valuations provide a common basis for comparing the reported flows.
