Blueberry NFT Co. will sell some 3.26 million common shares at 2,145 won each to raise 7 billion won to be primarily used to finance its operations.
The non-fungible token developer will designate the stocks' buyers.
In May, Blueberry NFT inked a deal with the Korean Professional Football Federation and its top league, K-League.
K-league's agreement with Blueberry is on commercializing NFTs based on key video moments in games, mainly scoring.
Blueberry NFT’s offering is similar to Dapper Labs’ NBA Top Shot, which emphasizes collecting moments with qualities of a fantasy league game.
However, Blueberry NFT focuses on commercializing videos.
