The upcoming “Boruto” chapter 44 is an installment that fans should not miss. The manga installment is expected to feature the fight between two powerful members of the Kara organization, Jigen and Koji Kashin.
Jigen vs Koji Kashin
In the previous “Boruto” manga chapter which can be read online at Mangaplus, Koji Kashin was seen arriving at the Kara HQ. It was already revealed in previous chapters that he has been planning to betray the powerful leader so it was not so surprising to learn that he now plans to kill the weakened Jigen, which could happen in “Boruto” chapter 44.
What’s interesting is that Amado actually knew of Koji’s plan but did not reveal it to Jigen. Without being prompted, the Kara scientist told Koji where Jigen was and that the latter only regained less than ten percent of his full strength. Perhaps “Boruto” chapter 44 will give a little background to this power struggle at the Kara HQ.
For Koji, it’s the perfect timing to implement his plans especially since Code and Boro are elsewhere. This means that a fight between the top Kara members is set to happen in “Boruto” 44.
New skills and jutsus possible
As the two battle each other, fans will likely be able to witness the full extent of their battle skills and techniques. At the moment, Koji has been observed using Rasengan, Sealing Technique: Frog Suppression, Summoning Technique (Toad) and the True Fire of Samadhi.
On the other hand, Jigen was shown to have used Kama, Genjutsu Communication, Kāma Rift and Size Manipulation Technique in the past. Of course, fans shouldn’t expect that these are the only Jutsus that Jigen knows. With his life on the line, he won’t hesitate to use any skill in his repertoire so fans might be in for a treat of seeing all-new skills and jutsus in “Boruto” chapter 144.
Boruto worries Konoha higher-ups
Meanwhile, it will be a happy occasion in Konoha with the entire Team 7 surviving their mission and even successfully rescuing Naruto. However, the village’s higher-ups will become increasingly worried about Boruto, especially with the possibility that someone might be planning to take over his body using Karma.
