LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., May 03, 2018 -- Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.365 per share. The dividend is payable on July 3, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2018.
