Bruce joined VDart Inc. in March 2018, bringing several years of global staffing and outsourcing service industry expertise. Prior to joining VDart, Bruce held leadership positions for 13 years in global/national staffing and outsourcing firms. These include Vice President - Business Development at AMN Healthcare, Senior Vice President - Hospitality Staffing Solutions, Vice President - Global Solutions at Kelly Services Outsourcing & Consulting Group, as well as Vice President - Business Development & Solutions Consulting, Vice President - Operations & Product Development, and Business Manager at VOLT. Bruce will be coordinating his efforts in specifically assisting the executive strategy lead by Rohit Bardaiyar - EVP - Strategy & Sales.
Bruce started his career and spent 17 years in leadership, strategy, sales, operations and product management roles, helping make factories, information technology functions and businesses run better through outsourced services at Advanced Technology Services, Inc. (ATS), a spin-off of Caterpillar Inc. (CAT). He has hands-on global workforce solutions experience ranging from Temporary and Permanent Staffing, Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Statement of Work (SOW) projects, Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). These workforce solution designs have helped clients across multiple industries and global geographies improve quality, productivity and profitability. He received his Bachelor of Science, Marketing, at Illinois State University and his Master of Business Administration at the University of Illinois. VDart is excited and encouraged to have Bruce Hay join our journey.
