Campus Advantage added a total of 3,164 beds to its portfolio in the first half of 2017.

Both properties are located in Columbia, Missouri near the University of Missouri.
Built in 2006, The Lyfe offers a total of 450 beds with fully furnished two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Indoor amenities include a clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness center, game room, study lounge, and 24-hour business center with free printing. Outdoor amenities include sport courts, a swimming pool, and barbecue grills.
The Row is a duplex-style community, with 328 beds, and was built in stages between 2005-2007. Amenities include a swimming pool and two-car garages, and beginning in the fall 2017 school semester, residents of both properties will enjoy a convenient resident-only shuttle with extended hours to campus and downtown.
Both properties will benefit from a fresh set of eyes and new programs that deliver an experience that inspires and equips residents to thrive in all areas of life.
