Austin, Texas, July 10, 2017 -- Campus Advantage®, a leader in student housing, providing property management, consulting, acquisitions, and development services, announced today the promotion of Madison Meier to Vice President of Business Development where she will focus on growing and evolving the Company’s consulting and management services.

Meier first joined Campus Advantage as a Community Assistant in 2007 at the first property Campus Advantage acquired in Manhattan, Kansas, and she was later recognized as ‘Corporate Employee of the Year’ in 2013. Since moving to the operations side of the business, Meier has played an integral part in diversifying and strengthening Campus Advantage’s management and consulting services by leveraging her operational insight in ways that showcase the Company’s extensive industry-wide knowledge and experience. She most recently assisted both the acquisitions and operations teams with performing successful due diligence and transitioning 19 assets into the Campus Advantage portfolio.
