Western Union:
Greenback weakness helped the Swiss franc outperform but weaker inflation figures from Switzerland today suggest the central bank may soon need to return to a weak franc policy.
Consumer prices in Switzerland fell 0.9 percent annually in March which proved the weakest since June 2012. A stronger franc has weighed on the cost of imports which in turn has resulted in weaker inflation.
