SAN FRANCISCO, April 11, 2018 -- Callan, a leading institutional investment consulting firm, announced today the hiring of Ryan Cunningham, CAIA, into its Fund Sponsor Consulting (“FSC”) group. Cunningham, a senior vice president, reports to Greg DeForrest, who leads the firm’s San Francisco FSC team. However, he will be based in the firm’s new downtown Portland, OR office.

Mr. Cunningham, will leverage more than a decade of extensive consulting experience working with sophisticated institutional clients, most recently with Arnerich Massena, Inc., as a generalist consultant. Prior to his tenure with Arnerich Massena, Cunningham was principal at RVK, Inc.
“We are excited to have Ryan join our consulting team. He has a great history of guiding institutional investors through the ever-changing economic, legal, and regulatory environment,” said DeForrest.

Callan’s decision to open a Portland office is in response to employee interest and client demand.
