Capgemini lifted its 2026 revenue-growth target at constant exchange rates to 9% to 9.5%, following third-quarter revenue growth of 11.7% and stronger client demand for AI-related technology services.
The French IT services group reported revenue of €6.073 billion for the quarter, compared with €5.393 billion a year earlier. Growth was 12.6% at reported exchange rates and 11.7% at constant exchange rates; currency movements added 0.9 percentage point to the reported rate, the company said in its Oct. 30 update.
The revised target compares with the range of around 8.5% to 9% Capgemini set in July, also at constant exchange rates. That July outlook had raised the company’s previous target of 6.5% to 8.5%. Capgemini left its 2026 operating-margin target at 13.6% to 13.8% and its organic free-cash-flow target at €1.8 billion to €1.9 billion.
Bookings totaled €5.401 billion, an increase of 3.4% year over year at constant exchange rates. Revenue for the first nine months of 2026 reached €18.155 billion, up 11.4% at constant exchange rates and 10% at reported rates.
At constant exchange rates, regional revenue growth ranged from 3.4% in the rest of Europe to 25.2% in the United Kingdom and Ireland; France grew 4.9%. North America grew 18.3%. Capgemini said acquisitions, including WNS and Cloud4C, contributed materially in North America, the United Kingdom and Ireland, and Asia-Pacific.
Capgemini Group CEO Aiman Ezzat linked demand to clients expanding AI use across their businesses, which he said is prompting upgrades to technology and data systems and greater use of AI in operations. The company did not give a figure for revenue directly attributable to AI. It expects fourth-quarter growth of 3% to 4% at constant exchange rates against a higher comparison base.
The cash-flow outlook allows for about €200 million in additional restructuring outflow versus 2025 as Capgemini pursues its Fit-for-Growth initiatives. The company’s calendar lists Feb. 16, 2027, for its full-year 2026 results.
