(the “Company”) (Nasdaq:CARV), the holding company for Carver Federal Savings Bank, today announced that David Toner will be stepping down as Chief Financial Officer, effective on or about February 18, 2016, to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Toner will continue to serve as CFO until that time and will assist with the transition. The Company has initiated a search to identify a successor, and will provide additional information on the search process in the weeks ahead. Mr. Toner joined Carver Bancorp, Inc. in 2009 and has served as CFO since 2013.
