Cipla’s ₹1,411 quote in an Economic Times liveblog matched its Friday close on the National Stock Exchange of India, appearing more than two hours before the exchange’s special Diwali session.

The liveblog showed the shares at ₹1,411, up 0.5%, at 1:15 a.m. ET (11:45 a.m. IST) Sunday, Nov. 8. NSE data show the same closing price on Friday, Nov. 6, after a gain of ₹6.90, or 0.49%, with 1,567,019 shares traded.

National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. scheduled continuous trading for 3:50 a.m. ET (2:20 p.m. IST) Sunday. Its Oct. 19 circular set a 5 a.m. ET (3:30 p.m. IST) close for securities outside the Closing Auction Session. The circular designated Nov. 8 for Diwali Laxmi Pujan, making it a special trading day.

The page carried a 1:34 a.m. ET (12:04 p.m. IST) timestamp, while continuous trading remained more than two hours away; that entry alone does not establish a Sunday transaction. No venue appeared alongside the liveblog’s Cipla figure.

EconoTimes previously covered Cipla’s Friday gain.
