SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 24, 2018 -- CloudPassage, the leader in cloud and container workload security, today announced availability of their award-winning security automation platform Halo and the Server Secure cloud workload security solution on AWS Marketplace. Customers subscribing to Halo Server Secure on AWS Marketplace can now purchase it as part of the new AWS Enterprise Contract program. The Enterprise Contract program standardizes the contract between CloudPassage and the customer, helping them simplify their security budgeting and streamlining payment – CloudPassage Halo will simply appear as a line item on their AWS bill.
“Now AWS Marketplace customers can buy and deploy Halo Server Secure for high-performance cloud workload security in a highly predictable and cost effective way – via a single integrated AWS bill,” said John Janetos, director, business development, CloudPassage. “As global enterprises rapidly embrace the cloud for mission-critical workloads and DevOps for application development, automated security that can operate at speed and scale is becoming a critical path. The AWS Marketplace helps eliminate protracted negotiations to make it easy for our customers to securely embrace the cloud.”
CloudPassage is an AWS Advanced Technology Partner and achieved AWS Security Competency status in 2016. By supporting SaaS Subscriptions on AWS Marketplace, the company furthers its position as a leading security provider for public, private, and multi-cloud environments. The CloudPassage Halo platform, which leverages cloud-native, API-based security controls, integrates with leading CI/CD automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, and Jenkins, SIEMs such as Sumo Logic and Splunk, and GRC solutions as well as various analysis and reporting tools.
“As customers migrate and deploy mission-critical workloads on AWS, they’re looking for the maximum level of security available without increasing complexity,” said Barry Russell, General Manager of Global Business Development, AWS Marketplace and Service Catalog, Amazon Web Services, Inc. “Solutions like CloudPassage Halo Server Secure can help customers automate their critical workload security policies for their business-critical apps as they take full advantage of the scalability and agility of AWS.”
Designed to uniquely integrate with AWS, CloudPassage Halo solutions are built to fully leverage the AWS cloud environment while delivering single agent/single console security for hosts, workloads, and containers at speed and scale. Additionally, Halo Container Secure, delivering security, visibility and control for Docker containers, will soon be available in the AWS Marketplace.
