Coca-Cola brings its “real magic” to Australia and New Zealand with the launch of the Coke Studio there. The arrival of the music platform is debuting in the regions featuring the Australian artist, Tones And I.
Australia’s Bandt reported that Coca-Cola is taking its global music platform to AU and NZ through a new campaign created to show the “Real Magic” when musicians sing together or collaborate for the first time.
How Coke Studio Brings Magic
Coke Studio paves the way for unexpected smashups among music artists. These can be anything, including collaborations between artists from totally different genres and backgrounds.
The best part is that they create interesting music with harmony that is not expected at all. Artists get together to produce music for the first time, even if they have different styles, but the outcome is still beautiful. This is why Coca-Cola has been saying its Coke Studio always brings “Real Magic.”
“Coke Studio is a proven global platform that we are proud to bring to the ANZ market,” Coca-Cola South Pacific’s senior director of marketing, Kate Miller, said in a statement. “We always look for ways to engage our consumers, and Coke Studio has done just that all over the world, bringing different fan communities together.”
She added, “Coke Studio brings new experiences to fans through the release of unique collisions and new music.”
Magical Landing in AU and NZ
Coke Studio landed in Australia and New Zealand for the first time on Thursday, April 4, at UNSW Sydney. It opened with a surprise performance of Tones And I.
Coca-Cola said the first season of Coke Studio in the region will put together Tones And I, Young Franco, and New Zealander artist CHAII. They will be producing a unique music track complete with a music video. The song they will create is set to be performed on the live stage in Sydney. Lastly, the track will also be available on YouTube and other music streaming platforms.
