Cognizant says buying DyFlex Solutions would broaden its SAP and AI capabilities in Australia and New Zealand, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2027.

Cognizant announced the definitive agreement Oct. 21. The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions, and the companies will operate separately until it closes. No purchase price was disclosed.

DyFlex, an Australia-based SAP services provider, advises clients on SAP software, implements systems and manages them after deployment. Its work includes cloud services for finance, analytics, human resources, asset maintenance and digital supply chains. The company has more than 300 employees, offices in Australia and New Zealand, and a delivery presence in the Philippines.
