(Nasdaq:COLL) announced that the underwriters for its public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at $16.00 per share have exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 750,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. The closing for the additional purchase of 750,000 shares is expected to take place November 29, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. Gross proceeds from the public offering, including the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares are $92 million, excluding underwriters’ discounts and commissions.
